For judoka born (born 2013 & 2014) and Pre-Cadet (born 2011 & 2012) with minimum grade of yellow belt.

11:30AM-12 |  Short Break

12-1:30PM | Cadet and older (Technical/Drilling and Randori)
For judoka born (2008 & Older) and above minimum grade orange belt (*Pre Cadet-Welsh National Medallists may also be invited to this second session)
