Assumption of Risk: Judo is a physically demanding and potentially hazardous activity. By participating in this event, you understand and accept that there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, sprains, and other potential injuries.

Medical Condition: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to participate in the judo training event. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Training and Instruction: All participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by the Welsh Judo Association and its appointed instructors. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the event.

Liability Release: The Welsh Judo Association and its staff, volunteers, and instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in the judo training event.

Photography and Videography: By participating in the event, you grant the Welsh Judo Association the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Minors: If the participant is a minor (under 18 years old), a parent or legal guardian must provide consent, and they agree to all the terms of this disclaimer on behalf of the minor.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. Any disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Personal Belongings: The Welsh Judo Association shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
