Why is there a grade missing on my profile?
All grades initially need to be registered by your Club. If a grade is missing, please contact your Club.
How do purchase a new licence?
Please head to the homepage on our website where you will find a link.
Will I receive a new licence number when I renew?
No. Your licence number stays the same. Please make sure all details are up to date (Example, Postal address & Club) before you renew.
Do I qualify for family discount?
Family discount is offered to those who have two or more members with valid licenses.
I want to join a new Club. Which Club should I join?
Please head across to our Club finder and enter your postcode. This will show you all of Clubs in your area.
I’m a club coach that wishes to grade my judoka. Where do I find information?
You can find out to access the Welsh Judo database via the Club Resources page!
Please note you need to be given access to your club profile first. Make sure you have the authority to do this.

How do I get my event added to the Events page?
Easy! Just email us across details of your events and we'll add them to the website. Please ensure you attach a copy of your entry form (PDF or Word) to the email.
