Sport Wales announces the launch of #BeActiveWales #CymruActif campaign

Here at the Welsh Judo Association our mission is to continue the journey that Jigoro Kano started by creating and maintaining a safe environment for our judoka to develop as well rounded, courteous and respectful members of society. 

Judo empowers us to contribute something of value to the world, which is more important than ever right now.

Due to the current global health pandemic we are experiencing people spending more time at home, with no access to sport facilities, staying active and healthy has never been more of a challenge.

The #BeActiveWales campaign will see a co-ordinated effort that will help every person in Wales keep fit.
