Dragons Academy Red Belt Rumble

Location: Llanishen High School, Cardiff
Time: 10:00 am to 14:00
Limited Entry to 50 entries
This is a development event and is limited to 50 players. Novices, red belts, 1st Mon, 2nd Mon & 3rd Mon only from ages 5 to 12.
Players will be matched closest to weight on the day. The day will start with a group warm up followed by a competition and finally a small training session for more practices. Contest will be 3 minutes duration.
Group A – Females U8
Group B – Males U8
Group C – Females U12
Group D – Males U12
