Pre-Cadet & Cadet Half-Term Training Camp

Open to Pre-Cadet (born 2009 & 2010) and Cadet (2006, 2007 & 2008) judoka. Minimum grade of orange belt.
Times
2pm – 3pm: Technical
4pm – 5pm: Conditioning
7pm – 8:30pm: Randori
Judoka are advised to bring judogi (kit), training kit for conditioning on the tatami (t-shirts & shorts/leggings), water bottle and snacks and food. Catering at the centre is also available.
No registration requred. This camp has no cost, it is free of charge.
