Our strategy for 2023-2026 our mission is:
“Building a better society through Judo”
Embracing the core principles and values of Judo to enable Judoka and the communities they serve to realise their full potential
And our vision for 2026 is to be:
“A recognised sport in Wales renowned for empowering individuals and transforming society”
These statements are underpinned by 6 core goals and commitments to:
Broaden exposure and access to Judo for everyone
As a values-based sport it is important that we continuously strive to create and protect our Judo culture that truly differentiates us

It goes without saying that members are at the heart of our strategy and without the support of our clubs, coaches, players and parents we will not be able to achieve our goals.
