The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact across society – with judo being no exception. Our staff have been and are continuing to work hard in their efforts to support the judo community as best we can.
We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our clubs and coaches who have had to make quick decisions in order to do what is right for the sport in their respective areas. More than ever, it is vital we support each other, and we have been heartened by the support that we have had from judoka, parents, coaches, and volunteers; demonstrating the strength of our Welsh Judo community.
Welsh Judo will continue to support its members, clubs, coaches and athletes in any way it possibly can at this difficult time. More than ever, we recognise the critical role that the sense of community we have at Welsh Judo is playing in maintaining our physical and mental well-being. We will continue to be here for our members as we move through this difficult time.
As a reminder, our office is still open remotely. All general enquiries to Welsh Judo can still be made via email to office@welshjudo.com
Whilst we await government guidance on how we are expected to return to play, outlining the steps we will follow, we continue to direct you to the following links and websites:
