We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of Jean Lingham.

Jean was a regular in officiating at Welsh Judo events and throughout British Judo. Jean's commitment to the sport was recognised alongside her husband Alan as they were awarded Event Volunteer of the Year awards at the British Judo Awards 2018.

Jean will be sorely missed for her calming and welcoming nature by fellow officials, coaches and judoka alike.
