We need your help to start the conversation this Time to Talk Day – together we can end mental health stigma.

Thursday 4th February is Time to Talk Day – the day that we get the nation talking about mental health.

The coronavirus pandemic means that this year’s event will look a little different, but we know that a small conversation about mental health still has the power to make a big difference. And the more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down.

Time to Change have all the resources, tools and tips you need to get your judo club talking about mental health. Take a look at the Time to Talk Day sports activity pack for plenty of ideas and inspiration.

You’ll also find lots of resources to download on the Time to Change website, which you can print out or use online to get people talking.
